| We accept returns,at our discretion, of stock wristbands only. No custom orders may be returned. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, for the "price of the product" only that is being returned to us. You ( the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs, both for the original delivery cost of the product to you, and for the cost of returning the product to us. Money for refunding your order will be returned to your account upon our receipt of the returned product and verification that the product is acceptable for resale. All items being returned must be complete and in resalable condition as packaged by us. We do not accept returns of partial boxes. |
