Barcode formats must be only 5 digits. We ask that you fax a copy of your barcode to 253-840-8278, so that we can determine the format of the barcode. If you know the format, faxing will not be necessary, but it will be your responsibility to be sure it is correct. These wristbands come in different colors in lots of 500 per color.
